About Cheryl

I started cooking at a young age, encouraged by our family’s rule of “whoever cooked didn’t have to do dishes!“ I was always determined to make everything from scratch, no cake mixes or frozen croissants for me!

I eventually found my way to DuBrulle French Culinary School, where I learned from a very particular Swiss French chef who was trained in the European Hotel system, how to cook the proper French way. No short cuts allowed.

I opened the Great Food Company / Cheryl’s Cafe in 1996 and have never looked back. Over the years our menu favorites have continued to please, while I have created new recipes to accommodate our ever changing lifestyles and dietary needs. I love what I do! So do my customers!




We will happily deliver your order and pick up the platters and bowls that we served it on. Price depends on where you are located, usually between 10 and 15 dollars. If you need it set up that can also be arranged.
